Where have we been lately?

We are seriously behind in posting any new photos on the blog with all the craziness of summer weddings!  Just lately we have photographed Kelly & Eric, Bev & Peter, Crystal & Mike, and Jamie & Matt’s wedding, plus baby Jericho’s newborn session and we have lots of great images and some newly designed albums to post.  We are excited about every wedding coming up in the next two months before the summer is over and the pace gets back to normal.  Check back for new photos soon!

Deana + Shawn … tied the knot

It had to be the hottest wedding this year so far…but Deana + Shawn pulled the day off beautifully.  Here are a few photos from their wedding at The Falls Golf Course.

  J + B were married at the White Album Wedding Chapel in an old-fashioned country ceremony.  Here’s a peak at a few of their photos.     

Summer is finally here…

Our busy wedding season has arrived and we have been busy photographing weddings, engagement sessions, portraits and some sexy boudoir shots, and also doing everything else that comes with running a wedding chapel.  In the midst of it all Mark & I found some time today to spend an hour at Harrison Beach and just relax in the sun then met up with Louise and Guillaume for their engagement session.  The light was beautiful!  We’ll post some photos soon.

Bonnie + Al got married…

Al & Bonnie got married but their photos are top secret!!!  At least until they come back from their 6 week honeymoon.  We had a great time photographing their wedding and reception and can’t wait to hear all about the trip.  Happy travels Bonnie & Al!

Engaged…Deana + Shawn

On Saturday we will be photographing Deana + Shawn as they get married at The Falls.  We had a chance to get to know S & D and ‘just hang out’ during their engagement session last week.  Here’s a sneak preview with more to come soon!  

Amy + Richard

Richard and Amy’s ceremony was spectacular with the sun streaming in through the windows behind them as they gave their wedding vows.  The ceremony and reception were held at Swan-e-set Bay Resort & Country Club in Pitt Meadows and the great decorations in silver and black were by Wedding Design Studio.

                                                  

Jessica + Derek.

Jessica & Derek are true hockey fans…even on their wedding day!  The ceremony was in Chilliwack with their reception at the Legacy Centre in Abbotsford. The whole group was great to photograph and game for anything in spite of being in the middle of our first heat wave of the year.  Here are just a few of our favorite photos from their wedding…

Here are some photos from Marriam & Peter’s wedding that are featured in the Cultural Wedding Planner, a publication that is full of information and planning tools for couples that want to incorporate their culture into their wedding ceremony.  Marriam & Peter were married  at St. George’s Orthodox Church in Surrey.  Their Coptic Orthodox ceremony is based in centuries of Egyptian tradition and symbolism.  Their reception was held at Swan-E-Set golf course in Pitt Meadows and was beautifully decorated with an antique wedding theme.
